Nature Based Therapy

Nature based therapy or “walk therapy” is a form of therapy that blends elements of being in nature, mindfulness, and talk therapy techniques. Incorporating a love for nature, being outdoors instead of in a traditional office setting, and engaging in relational conversation the client can examine various working points of their journey in a unique way. Learn mindfulness techniques to help relieve anxiety and build attunement with the self. Clients will continue to forge skills and perspectives while having guided conversation with the therapist in a safe place*.

My philosophy towards nature based therapy is one of unifying mind, body, soul, and nature to allow healing for the self. Together we are co-creating a healing space using surrounding nature to connect deeper to your needs and self.

Pricing

Individual Nature Based Therapy $185/ 60 minute session.

Private pay with superbill

*Nature based therapy requires a first office or virtual session to cover understanding and procedure of therapy.

*Client and therapist will pick a park that works best to their proximity. Park will continue to be the place of meeting for the duration of therapy.

*Check in the morning of the appointment will occur in case of inclement weather.
